The Travelling Suitcase

On 13th June the ‘Travelling Suitcase’ visited Ladymount. We made a handkerchief to go into the suitcase as a symbol of hope and welcome to refugees and asylum seekers here on Wirral. We chose symbols and messages that represented our school and put the handkerchief into the case before it continued to other schools in our local area. At the end of the journey all of the handkerchiefs from all of the schools will be joined together to make a symbol of welcome for the family of Heart4Refugees.
